2 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Fresh Mint Leaves (un-muddled)
Simple Syrup, to taste
Club Soda
Combine all ingredients over ice in a tumbler and shake. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with soda water and stir gently.
